eCASm provides a College with Student customer relationship management for College admissions with centralised email inquiry processing. eCASM provides managers with staff task tracking and customer appointment scheduling.

Staff can display the complete history of customer documents, emails, meetings and communications entered by all staff members about a customer, anywhere in the world.

eCASm for Educational Agencies

eCASm also is designed for Educational Agent Student recruitment administration with student contact relationship management. eCASm will shortly also have student and college accounts, a college course finder, and the automatic and live exchange of offers with confirmation of College Admissions between College and Agency.

eCASM enables Colleges and Agents to print a College offers, acceptance advice and invoices on College or Agency letterheads live, 24 hours a day.

eCASm is designed to integrate with Colleges running eBECAS where Colleges receive offer details with no rekeying.
