eCASM is a internet based application for Agents.

eCASM is designed to be the complete agent office adminsitration system, for agents that are mobile and have several staff / offices around the world.

eCASM is designed for agents sending students to any and many different Colleges and Universities.

eCASM is a contact and financial management system for agencies to manage prospective students that are directed to Universities and Colleges overseas, away from the students home countries. The contact management is managed online so that contact details and process flow and are accessed both from overseas agent offices and local offices.

eCASM is designed to manage the offer process managing contacts, leads, quotes and the general admission process. Leads and quotes are sent from agents using eCASM to students and Colleges. Confirmation of acceptance is made from the College or University back to the agent via eCASM.

eCASM is designed to manage and maintain contact with exisiting and prospective students throughout the placement process. eCASM can be used by individual agents and agent groups with diverse offices around the world with contact information centrally stored and updated.

eCASM integrates with eBECAS so that if the College the student is being set uses eBECAS, offers can be accepted or reviewed from eBECAS. Confirmation of acceptance or adjustment can be sent directly from within eBECAS to the agent. eCASM works for agents sending and receiving data both with Colleges that use eBECAS and Colleges that do not
